- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm glad I'm not dying. Only way you can communicate is if you have an 'online account.' Okay, did that, geez it's a doctors office not a bank account. You can't make an appointment by a phone call. Are you kidding, I'm not trying to have a meeting with the pope or president, I was referred by my neurologist 3 weeks ago with extreme low thyroid. An appointment with top doc would be 6 weeks out, another doc, over 2 weeks. Tried to respond 'on my account' after numerous tries to log in, requested new password, read about my potential appointment that I will loose if I don't respond within 48 hours. OMG, sight timed me out and I lost everything. What happened to calling an office for appointments? Never experienced anything like this, if this is how they run their office, I'm looking for another Endocrinologist.September 27, 2017by Cynthia Rice
