  Great Experience! I was referred to Dr. Gordon by my former urologist (who had retired). After I made my appointment, I read the reviews below. I have to say I arrived for my appointment with some apprehension! As is typical, there was a lot of paperwork I had to fill out. However the receptionist was friendly and helpful! I'm not sure how long I waited, but I barely finished my paperwork before they called me back. Dr. Gordon's assistant, Kat, was friendly and helpful in preparing me for my visit with the doctor. Dr. Gordon was wonderful! Wonderful in every way, listen to my history, asking probing questions, extremely personable and a pleasure to visit with! Given my history, have been scheduled for ultrasound and the scope, I am looking forward to my next visit! Based on my experience there, it appears to me, Dr. Gordon listen to the feedback from the other reviews, and coached her staff… as my experience was very good! I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Gordon, if you're in need of a great urologist! I think it’s important to add; when I initially called into make my appointment, because I had blood in my urine, Dr. Gordon's assistant Kat got me into see Dr. Gordon within a week of my call… though the doctors first appointment wasn’t available until late October.

  Took my mother to see Dr. Gordon yesterday. We were seen on time. Did not have to wait long since we did paperwork in advance. Dr. Gordon was very pleasant, professional, answered all questions and lined out my mother's steps and timeline for her care. I have been an RN for thirty years and am not easily impressed by other health care professionals but I am very impressed by Dr. Gordon and her staff. Very glad we found her for my mother.
